Miami Vent Pros provided excellent and professional service. My neighbor scheduled to have someone come out regarding a problem with his dryer’s ventilation. Dan Hourihan came to the house and quickly identified the issue and corrected the problem. At my request, while checking my neighbors home I asked Dan to look at my ventilation system. Not knowing much about dryer ventilation, Dan could have taken advantage of the situation and diagnosed my home with the same problem my neighbor faced and taken me for a ride. He didn’t. Dan was honest and after checking my dryer told me it was fine and didn’t even charge me for the inspection. This says a lot about the integrity of the company and the people who work for them.
