Miami Vent Pros provided excellent and professional service. My neighbor scheduled to have someone come out regarding a problem with his dryer’s ventilation. Dan Hourihan came to the house and quickly identified the issue and corrected the problem. At my request, while checking my neighbors home I asked Dan to look at my ventilation system. Not knowing much about dryer ventilation, Dan could have taken advantage of the situation and diagnosed my home with the same problem my neighbor faced and taken me for a ride. He didn’t. Dan was honest and after checking my dryer told me it was fine and didn’t even charge me for the inspection. This says a lot about the integrity of the company and the people who work for them. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND MIAMI VENT PROS .

Had the service tech come out and clean out our dryer. Before we had to dry a normal load 2-3 times. Now the dryer will dry a full load on the first cycle. Our house had a difficult vent to clean and the tech seemed determine to get the job done on the first try. They told me some only require 30 minutes, but our vent took almost one and a half hours and we were still charged the quoted rate. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

We had just gotten gotten a new washer and dyer two months and our dryer detected a blockage. I was referred to Miami Vent Pro’s by my appliance repair company. I called and told Dan what the problem was and how soon could he come. He was able to come out and and it two hours found the problem. My builder left a metal grate over the dryer vent on the roof that should have been removed before I bought the place. I have been living here for 6 years. You should have seen all the lint that has built up. Now that Dan from Miami Vent Pro’s came out and fixed the problem we now know who to call if our dryer vent gets clogged.

Our dryer was taking 3-4 cycles to dry clothes. Dan came in and had our dryer working in no time! He clean the vent and left everything neat and very clean when he was done. Great customer service and extremely professional. Dan is the go to man for vents!
